These terms govern your use of TradeSignal AI. By creating an account or using the site you agree to them, together with the Privacy Policy.
The product
TradeSignal AI is an educational chart and signal terminal. It may show BUY, SELL, or WAIT with entry, stop-loss, and take-profit levels for EUR/USD and XAU/USD. You copy levels into your own broker or prop firm. We do not execute orders.
Not a broker, not advice
We are not a broker-dealer, bank, money manager, or licensed financial adviser. Nothing on the site is an offer to buy or sell any instrument, or personalised investment advice. You are solely responsible for every order you place.
No auto-trading
We will not log in to MetaTrader or any broker on your behalf. Do not send us account passwords, investor passwords, or API keys. If you do, we will not use them to trade, and you should rotate those credentials immediately.
Accounts
You must provide accurate details and keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend or close accounts that abuse the service, share logins, attempt to attack the site, or violate these terms.
Plans
A free account includes live charts and a limited number of analyses. A paid (PRO) plan may reveal entry, stop, and take-profit on the live card and raise usage limits. Fees, if any, are shown at checkout. Taxes are yours. We may change prices with notice for the next billing period.
Performance and risk
Trading leveraged FX and metals can result in rapid loss of capital, including more than your deposit at some brokers. Past pips, win rate, or example lots are not a promise of future results. Signals can be wrong, late, or based on delayed market data.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload the service. Do not republish signals as if they were your own licensed advice. Do not use the terminal for any unlawful purpose in your country.
Intellectual property
The TradeSignal AI name, terminal design, and software are ours. You may use the site for your personal trading education. You may not copy the product, brand, or content for a competing service.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for trading losses, missed trades, downtime, or data delay. The service is provided “as is”. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim, or zero if you are on a free plan.
Changes and contact
